The features, credits, usage limits, and access included in your plan are shown at checkout, inside your dashboard, or on the relevant product page.

Where a feature depends on credits, your dashboard or feature area may show your available balance or usage details.

All prices are shown before checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you agree to the price, plan, and access shown at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Pyxa.ai does not store your full card details.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, your access may be paused while the issue is reviewed.

If you believe there has been a payment mistake, please contact support with your receipt or payment screenshot. Our team will review it and help resolve the issue fairly.
