AI Avatar video features are subject to strict fair use limits due to the high cost of video generation and to maintain service quality for all users:

  • Daily Limit: 10 minutes of AI Avatar video content per day

  • Monthly Limit: 200 minutes of AI Avatar video content per month

  • Character Limit: All AI Avatar videos are strictly limited to 2000 characters per video

  • Individual Content Purpose: Videos must be used for individual content creation purposes (social media posts, marketing videos, business presentations, standalone promotional content)

Sequential Content Series Limitation: To ensure fair resource allocation, the following types of sequential or series-based content are limited to a maximum of 5 videos per series:

  • Tutorial series or how-to sequences.

  • Webinar series or workshop collections.

  • Masterclass or lesson progressions.

  • Engaging in consistent heavy usage that exceeds reasonable limits.

  • Exploiting the platform in a way that makes service provision economically unsustainable.

  • Exceeding AI Avatar video limits (10 minutes/day or 200 minutes/month) without pre-approval.

  • Creating sequential content series exceeding 5 videos (courses, tutorials, etc.).

  • Terminate the account permanently.

  • Apply penalty fees for violation of usage limits that threaten platform viability.
