At Pyxa.ai, we strive to deliver exceptional value to our users. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund request is necessary. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be provided.

1. General Refund Terms

1.1 7 day money back guarantee

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

Refund eligibility is based on how much of your included usage has been used in that period:

  • Up to 10 percent usage in 7 days: eligible for a full refund
  • Between 10 percent and 50 percent usage in 7 days: eligible for a 50 percent refund
  • More than 50 percent usage in 7 days: no refund

If no usage has occurred at all during the 7 day period you are eligible for a full refund upon request.

1.2 Refund requests after 7 days

Refund requests made after the 7 day window are generally not eligible under this policy. In rare and exceptional cases, Pyxa.ai may review such requests at its sole discretion. This does not create any ongoing right or entitlement to a refund after 7 days.

1.3 How to request a refund

  • All refund requests must be submitted through the official Pyxa.ai support system
  • A valid ticket number generated by the support system is required
  • Requests made only through email, social media, or other channels without a support ticket may not be processed

2. Nature of AI driven products

2.1 AI generated content expectations

Pyxa.ai provides detailed information about its services and features on the website to help users make informed decisions before purchasing.

2.2 AI performance and user inputs

The performance of AI tools depends heavily on how they are used. Results are influenced by, for example:

  • Prompts and instructions
  • Brand and tone settings
  • Choice of AI engine or mode
  • Length, clarity, and structure of the task

Users acknowledge that AI generated results are inherently variable and often require iteration and refinement. Dissatisfaction arising only from unmet expectations, vague prompts, or improper usage does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund.

Pyxa.ai uses AI related services from third parties as part of its platform. Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pyxa.ai does not control the internal behaviour of third party AI models
  • It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure generated content complies with laws, copyright, privacy rules, and any other legal requirements
  • Pyxa.ai is not responsible for how users use or distribute the content they create

Refund requests based purely on dissatisfaction with AI generated content are evaluated under the general rules in Section 1.

3. Refunds for digital downloadable products

3.1 Non-refundable digital downloads

Pyxa.ai may offer digital downloadable products such as ebooks, prompt libraries, templates, or training materials.

Once these digital products have been downloaded or accessed, they are considered used and become non-refundable. Users should carefully review product details before purchasing.

4. Defamatory actions and public reviews

4.1 Public defamation and refund eligibility

Pyxa.ai values genuine feedback and aims to resolve issues through support and communication.

If a user chooses to publicly defame Pyxa.ai on review sites, social media, or other public channels without first giving Pyxa.ai a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue through the official support process, Pyxa.ai may treat this as a breach of good faith.

In such cases, eligibility for refunds may be forfeited.

4.2 Right to reject refund requests

Pyxa.ai reserves the right to reject refund requests where:

  • Public defamation has occurred without any prior attempt to resolve the matter via support
  • The intent appears to be reputational damage rather than genuine problem solving

Pyxa.ai may also seek appropriate remedies where reputational harm is deliberate and unjustified.

5. Fair Use Policy and refund impact

This section should be read together with the Fair Use Policy in the main Terms and Conditions.

5.1 Fair usage limits

Pyxa.ai implements a Fair Use Policy to ensure that the platform remains sustainable for all users, especially where a plan includes lifetime or unlimited usage for certain tools.

The platform is designed for typical business and personal usage levels. Very heavy or abnormal usage, especially of resource-intensive tools, may be treated as a Fair Use issue.

5.2 Review of usage patterns

Pyxa.ai regularly reviews usage to identify activity that:

  • Consistently exceeds reasonable usage levels
  • Makes the service economically unsustainable
  • Is clearly outside normal business or personal use

This review is especially relevant for high cost or intensive tools such as AI video generation.

5.3 AI avatar video fair use

AI avatar and similar video features are intended for individual content creation, for example:

  • Social media content
  • Marketing and promotional videos
  • Business presentations
  • Personal branding clips

They are not intended for bulk video production or running a commercial video production service on top of Pyxa.ai.

As a guideline:

  • More than 10 minutes of video per day may trigger a review
  • More than 200 minutes of video per month may lead to restrictions or account review

Pyxa.ai may restrict or suspend usage if these thresholds are exceeded in a way that threatens platform sustainability.

5.4 Consequences of fair use violations

In cases of fair use violations, Pyxa.ai may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Apply temporary or permanent limits to certain tools or features
  • Suspend or terminate the account in severe or repeated cases
  • Issue a refund at Pyxa.ai discretion to close the relationship

For serious abuse of AI avatar video tools or other clearly abusive patterns, refunds may be refused even if the account is terminated.

5.5 Refunds related to fair use

Refund amounts in fair use cases are determined at the sole discretion of Pyxa.ai, considering:

  • The severity of the misuse
  • The duration and scale of the activity
  • The impact on platform costs and stability

Where abuse is severe, especially with high cost tools, Pyxa.ai may choose not to provide any refund.

6. Right to refuse refunds

6.1 Conditions for refund denial

Pyxa.ai reserves the right to refuse any refund request where:

  • The request is not made within the 7 day period, unless Pyxa.ai chooses to make an exception
  • Usage levels exceed the thresholds in this policy
  • The user has downloaded or accessed non-refundable digital products
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for serious fair use or policy violations
  • The request is unsupported by any clear issue or evidence

6.2 Final decision

All refund decisions made by Pyxa.ai under this policy are final and binding.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under this policy are handled in line with the dispute resolution process described in the main Terms and Conditions.

8. Amendments

Pyxa.ai may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Pyxa.ai website. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
